Located onsite at Doncaster

Our client, a reputable Commercial Insurance Broker, is seeking a Commercial Account Executive to join their dynamic team. In this crucial role, you will drive sales and contribute to business development initiatives. Your client portfolio will span various industries, including professional services, manufacturing, warehousing, property ownership, retail, offices, leisure, high-tech companies, motor dealers, and traders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain long-lasting relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Leverage your insurance expertise to identify opportunities for generating new business.
  • Use your relationship-building skills to grow and retain a profitable client base.
  • Develop a strong pipeline of new business across a wide range of commercial insurance products through networking.
  • Demonstrate self-motivation and determination to meet and exceed income and retention targets.
  • Ensure quality, consistency, and accuracy throughout the sales and retention process.
  • Deliver exceptional client experiences through excellent communication and client-handling skills.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Minimum of 3 years' sales experience, ideally with face-to-face interactions and a proven track record.
  • Working towards, or ambition to obtain, CII qualifications.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while showing flexibility and adaptability.
  • High level of diligence, skill, and care in all actions.
  • Excellent negotiation and objection-handling skills.

What's on Offer:

  • Job Type: Full-time, Permanent (Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 5:00 pm)
  • Salary: 25,000 - 45,000 basic, depending on experience and book value.
  • Bonus: 60,000 - 70,000 OTE.
