300 North are looking for a Assistant Quantity Surveyor to work with a well know residential developer with an excellent reputation in the house building market. This may be the right opportunity for you if you are willing to commit to a long term contract.

Roles and responsibilities:
- Helping commercial management of sub contract packages various small and large scale housing projects
- Input with monthly valuations of work in progress, including forecasting of final costs and sales.
- Prepare and monitor cashflow forecasts.
- Measure, value, submit and negotiate subcontractors contract variations
- Prepare submit and negotiate project final accounts.
- Commercial vetting of sub contractor tenders and contracts.
- Certification of subcontractor monthly valuations and final accounts.
- Ensure that business commercial processes are adhered to at project level.
Candidate Requirements:
- A degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering or similar / Equivalent HND (not necessary)
- Experience working with a residential developer
- Experience working with subcontractor packages
