  • Keeping the production plan on track and making sure everything runs like clockwork.
  • Managing resources to achieve production goals.
  • Keeping production standards high
  • Supporting your team through daily meetings, helping them solve problems and keeping them motivated.
  • Making sure quality is top-notch at every step of the production process
  • Keeping the workplace organised, safe, and clean - think 5S standards
  • Staying on top of key metrics like OEE, productivity, and safety.
  • Spotting training needs, keeping the team skilled up, and thinking ahead about who could be ready for their next career step.
  • Making sure everyone's supported with regular 1-1s and handling any team needs.
