Now, with our newly built manufacturing facility in East Sussex and a bold expansion plan, we’re looking for a talented Business Development Executive to grow our relationships with Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) customers and play a vital role in expanding our footprint in the industry.

About the Role

As our Business Development Executive, you’ll be instrumental in driving sales growth by working closely with existing OEM customers and identifying new opportunities.

You’ll bring technical expertise and a passion for innovation to build long-lasting relationships and support VACGEN’s reputation as a leader in UHV technology.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Development: Grow business with existing OEMs and identify new customers through research and industry networking.
  • Technical Expertise: Provide support to OEM customers and third-party sales channels, offering technical guidance and responding to inquiries with tailored solutions.
  • Sales Promotion: Assist in promoting our products through webinars, virtual and live conferences, and creating content for social media and marketing campaigns.
  • Voice of the Customer: Gather customer feedback, perform competitive analysis, and help shape product development.
  • Sales Support: Prepare technical presentations and materials for platforms like LinkedIn, Twitter, and YouTube.

What We’re Looking For

  • Up to 3 years’ experience in a technical role with customer-facing responsibilities.
  • Hands-on knowledge of scientific or mechanical equipment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Science, Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent experience.
  • Any additional language skills are a plus, so be sure to mention them in your application.
