Job: Sales and Office Administrator    

Location: Pershore  

Salary: up to £30,000k 

Job type:  Fixed Term Contract ( 10months ) , Full Time

Hours of work: Monday to Friday (Apply online only) (Hybrid )

Summary:

The successful candidate will support the business with day-to-day office  administration and will be the first point of contact for all incoming enquiries and ongoing  communication with customers to ensure exceptional levels of customer service and  accurate record-keeping

Duties :

- Manage calendars and emails pertaining to office operations and installation projects.

- Work  closely with the Office Manager and Director of Operations to optimize the job schedule and establish effective internal data recording practices.

- Ensure the accuracy and currency of sales and installation data.

- Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of the company's products and services to foster sales opportunities and facilitate up-selling and cross-selling when appropriate.

- Conduct follow-ups on potential sales at regular intervals in alignment with the company's internal sales processes.

- Address and document any customer complaints or concerns, promptly reporting them to the Office Manager.

- Oversee the customer relationship and inquiry cycle from initial contact through to job completion.

- Update the orders and feedback spreadsheet on a daily basis.

- Work well under pressure with great time management

- Fantastic communication and admin skills

- Ability to build sustainable and productive relationships with suppliers

- Excellent attention to detail
