Customer Services Advisor

We are delighted to be working with a leading global manufacturing company based in Banbury who are recruiting for a Customer Service Representative.

The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for providing services to clients from account set up, order processing through to monitoring issues through to resolution.

Duties will include.

• Liaising with clients to establish and monitor account activity
• Liaising with logistics/carriers to ensure products are delivered to client’s requirements
• Responding promptly to any customer enquiries
• Process orders and set up new customer accounts
• Maintaining the customer database in SAP
• Investigating customer issues and complaints through to resolution
