Are you a commercially minded finance leader who loves bringing structure, strategy, and team development together? Atkinson Moss is partnering with a growing business in Suffolk. You will oversee a small finance team and play a key part in shaping internal controls, improving systems, and supporting the senior leadership team.
Main Duties will include:
- Leading financial reporting and control across all business units
- Coordinating budgets, forecasts, and cashflow planning
- Managing financial aspects of capacity expansion projects
- Supporting subsidiaries and overseeing VAT/Customs compliance
- Coaching and mentoring the finance team
- Partnering with senior leaders to provide valuable financial insight
- Managing relationships with banks, auditors, insurers, and stakeholders
You will be ACCA/CIMA or ACA qualified with a proven track record of leading and supporting a finance team. Experience with ERP systems would be highly advantageous. You will be a clear communicator and have the experience to work across the business supporting all levels.
