The role involves preparation of monthly management accounts, profit and loss accounts, and balance sheet reconciliations.
Candidates should have intermediate Excel skills and strong communication abilities, with a preference for part qualified or qualified accountants.
The position supports annual budget preparation and variance analysis, along with managing accruals and prepayments.

An exciting opportunity has arisen with a successful, progressive business in Lowestoft for a Management Accountant.Working with a happy team and reporting to a talented, supportive Manager, this role will involve the following tasks:

Preparation of the monthly management accounts
Preparation of profit and loss accounts
Balance sheet reconciliations
Variance analysis
Supporting in preparation of annual budgets and forecasting
Accruals and prepayments
Provide analysis for P&L spend and identify risks to budget

Skills required:

Part qualified/qualified accountant
Intermediate Excel skills.
Strong communication skills
