As a Service Delivery Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our projects, working as a liaison between various teams and disciplines. Your multitasking abilities, initiative, and energy will shine as you administer project office processes and systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Onboard new suppliers and agency personnel with Company and Client requirements.
  • Administer the manning plan, coordinating travel arrangements and clearance for offshore personnel.
  • Manage timesheet administration for the delivery team.
  • Maintain an outstanding action list and provide weekly updates to management.
  • Collate work packs for offshore execution, updating system pre-post campaign with relevant data.
  • Expedite vendor quotations, ensuring they match technical requirements.
  • Coordinate shipping and importation of goods to and from sites.
  • Record downtime and assess potential impacts on schedule and cost.
  • Prepare and issue Weekly Defect reports to SMOP by project.
  • Compile service close-out reports for client review and approval.
  • Liaise with agencies/vendors to meet resourcing requirements for offshore personnel.
  • Support personnel logistics administration, ensuring compliance with training and travel requirements.
  • Control and issue PPE and other necessary tools and equipment for personnel and suppliers.


Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Educated to a minimum of GCSE/'O' Level, including English and Math.
  • Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Operational background with the ability to handle multiple disciplines and tasks.
  • Strong team player with excellent communication and prioritisation skills.
  • Adaptable and capable of working under tight deadlines.
