Part-Time AdministratorLowestoft, office based(18-20hrs/week, Mon-Fri)Our reputable client are looking for a professional administrator to support the Finance Management Team and to ensure efficient finance operations by handling all administrative tasks.The main duties & responsibilities involve; 
  • Maintaining checklists for software access, starters/leavers, mandatory training, cyclical reporting and returns.
  • Reviewing key finance procedural documents and coordinating periodic updates.
  • Executing the expenses system profile changes.
  • Supporting administration of finance related projects.
  • Managing schedules, preparing meeting agendas, documenting meeting minutes and tracking action items.
  • Supporting the team with cascading company-wide communications to team members.
  • Production and presentation of measures for use with teams and senior management.
  • Monitoring and evaluating processes and implementing improvements where needed.
  • Contributing to ensuring effective corporate governance and risk management.
  • Other ad-hoc duties necessary.
