Hales Group are delighted to be supporting our client seeking a Customer Service Advisor based in Lowestoft on a 3 month temporary assignment. You will be responsible for managing both inbound and outbound sales, as well as customer service communications, along with administrative tasks. Committed to surpassing customer expectations by delivering professionalism, expertise, and reliable advice and support.Customer Service Advisor duties will include;ā€¢ Performing administrative tasks in response to customer orders and queries through calls and emails.ā€¢ Ensuring the accurate processing of customer orders, including order details and pricing, on a daily basis.ā€¢ Handling customer complaints and queries efficiently via email or telephone.ā€¢ Collaborating with other departments, carriers, and suppliers to meet customer needs and taking ownership ofcustomer issues.ā€¢ Performing administrative tasks in response to customer orders and queries through various channels such astelephone calls and emails.ā€¢ Ensuring the accurate processing of customer orders, including order details and pricing, daily.ā€¢ Collaborating with team members, other departments, carriers, and suppliers to meet customer needs andtaking ownership of customer issues from inception to resolution. Handling customer complaints and queriesefficiently via email or telephone.ā€¢ Implementing the buyer facilitator framework to assist buyers in making informed purchasing decisions andoptimizing the conversion of order line calls.The successful Customer Service Advisor will have demonstrable experience of the following:ā€¢ A positive ā€œcan doā€ attitudeā€¢ Good problem-solving skillsā€¢ Proven communication skills (written and verbal)ā€¢ Has the ability to construct well written emails to customersā€¢ Works with a high level of integrity at all times when dealing with customers and others.LOCATION: LowestoftHOURS: Full-Time, Mon to Fri with 1 in 3 Saturdays, 9am-1pmTERM: Temporary for a minimum of 3 months PAY: Ā£11.44 per hour ( moving to Ā£12.21 per hour from April 2025) If you feel you have the relevant skills and experience to succeed in this position, please apply with your current CV.Why work through Hales Group?
