You will oversee and implement quality assurance programs, working closely with home managers, staff, and senior leadership to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and to drive continuous improvement across all homes. This role involves national travel to all locations, ensuring consistency and quality across the entire organization.Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and ensure the quality of care within all nursing homes, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and industry best practices.
  • Develop, implement, and oversee quality assurance programs and improvement initiatives.
  • Conduct regular audits and inspections to assess and improve care standards.
  • Provide training and support to home managers and staff to maintain a high level of service and compliance.
  • Analyze data and feedback to identify areas for improvement and take appropriate action.
  • Report on key performance indicators and assist with the development of action plans to address any quality issues.
  • Lead and support a culture of continuous improvement across all sites.

Skills & Experience:

  • Proven experience in quality management within the healthcare or nursing home sector.
  • Strong knowledge of relevant healthcare regulations, including CQC standards.
  • Ability to travel nationwide as required, with a flexible approach to working hours.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Analytical mindset with a strong focus on continuous improvement.
  • Experience in managing multiple sites is highly desirable.
