Seatrium ORS Ltd, a rapidly expanding and fast paced business, is working exclusively in partnership with Keeler Recruitment to recruit a highly skilled and proactive Finance Business Partner. This role will focus on working closely with Profit Centre Managers to develop robust contract/project costing models, ensure accurate monthly updates, and support financial reporting and analysis. You will also be responsible for managing financial deliverables across multiple projects, working alongside various departments, and leading financial analysis for strategic decision-making.

A key element of the role will involve developing the financial structures and reporting systems to create efficiencies and scalable solutions in all day-to-day finance activities, capable of meeting the business's challenges and ambitions. The role therefore requires a sound understanding of consolidated accounts and system proficiency to deliver effective solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Profit Centre Managers to develop and update project costing models.
  • Manage monthly financial deliverables to ensure projects remain on target.
  • Review and manage all project and contract accruals.
  • Create and maintain accounting policies (e.g. Revenue Recognition, Warranty Provisions).
  • Lead the financial aspects of tender cycles, ensuring both financial and operational requirements are met.
  • Work with legal teams to ensure contracts are compliant with financial and legal standards.
  • Provide financial insight for company strategy and decision-making.
  • Manage dynamic financial models for budgeting, P&L, and cash flow.
  • Oversee monthly financial reporting and work with various stakeholders to ensure alignment.
  • Evaluate financial risks and provide recommendations for mitigation.

Essential Qualifications & Experience:

  • Fully Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) with proven experience in a similar role.
  • Strong background in a busy office environment interacting with management teams.
  • Extensive experience in financial project delivery and business modelling.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to build strong internal and external relationships.
