This is a small community pub within the town centre so benefits from regular and passing trade. It requires an experienced operator with a solid background in managing pubs.
The ideal operator should prioritise focussing on the current customer base whilst also ensuring they capitalise on the passing trade from the shopping centre next year and also an influx of offshore workers.
