- Manage certification processes and prepare detailed compliance reports for regulatory bodies.
- Design and deliver training programs to ensure all employees are equipped to adhere to QHSE standards.
- Promote a proactive safety-first mindset, encouraging engagement across all levels of the organization.
- Professional certifications such as NEBOSH, IOSH, or ISO Lead Auditor credentials.
- Solid experience in QHSE management, preferably within maritime, construction, or related industries.
- Strong knowledge of compliance requirements, risk assessment practices, and incident investigation procedures.
- Excellent communication and analytical skills, with a proven ability to implement effective policies and engage diverse stakeholders.
- Adaptability and flexibility to manage challenges in a fast-paced operational setting.
