About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Clinical Lead to join our team in Woodbridge. As a Clinical Lead, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the highest standards of clinical care and governance in our home. You will work closely with our nurses and carers to ensure our residents receive outstanding care that meets their individual needs. Supported by our management team, you will contribute actively to all aspects of clinical delivery.

Reporting to: Home Manager

Key Skills and Attributes
  • Strong Clinical Skills: Confident in leading the nursing team and making clinical decisions.
  • Management Experience: Prior experience in managing or leading a small team.
  • Calm Under Pressure: Ability to remain composed and make sound decisions in challenging situations.
  • Passion for Best Practice: Dedicated to promoting best nursing practices and able to train, support, and mentor others.
  • Team Player: Committed to fostering positive working relationships within the team.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Compliance Knowledge: A good understanding of audits, safeguarding, DOLS, CQC, and compliance requirements.
Education and Qualifications
  • NMC Registered Nurse: Must hold a valid NMC registration with relevant post-registration experience.
