Atkinson Moss are pleased to be supporting their costal based client in their search for a HR Generalist/Office Manager. A leading provider of strategic market intelligence and consulting services, to the offshore renewable energy and subsea power cables sectors.

They are seeking an enthusiastic versatile person to assist with all HR matters and manage the office on a day to day basis. This role reports to the Senior Director.

Duties / responsibilities

  • You will play a pivotal role in supporting and proving HR best practices advice and full generalist support to our company
  • Collaborating with key stakeholders, you’ll contribute to driving success and fostering a positive work culture with a customer centric approach
  • You will assist HR Business Partners in delivering strategic regional initiatives whilst ensuring compliance with local legislation and operating standards
  • Maintaining HR databases and CV and job applicants' database
  • Listening to employee complaints and seeking solutions
  • Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the office such as purchasing office supplies
  • Managing events: Organising meetings, welcoming visitors and company events
  • Managing Press Coordinator

The successful candidate should have a strong track record in generalist HR and operational/organisational services and be at least CIPD L3 qualified. Experience in ER cases and proven HR advisory experience is also essential.
