Location: Lowestoft and Great Yarmouth

Hours: Full Time - 37 hpw

Contract: Fixed Term to May 2026 (Maternity Cover)

Salary: Band L - £39100.00 to £44000.00 FTE (dep on qualifications and experience)

Here at East Coast College, we’re looking for an experienced and knowledgeable People Team Manager to join us, and continue to deliver outstanding support.

Drawing upon your generalist HR knowledge, you will support managers and colleagues in navigating and implementing policies and procedures, ensuring that East Coast College is compliant with the latest employment law and industry practice.

Key needs from you and the role;

  • Working knowledge of HRIS - iTrent desirable
  • Ability to lead, coach, and mentor
  • Excellent written skills - policies, reports, correspondence etc
  • Analytical skills to interpret data and implement action plans
  • Successful management of stakeholder relationships
