We are recruiting for a leading law firm working across East Anglia, looking for an experienced Personal Assistant within their Conveyancing team in their Lowestoft office.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Providing effective and efficient secretarial support to the Conveyancing team
  • Organising diaries and making appointments for fee earner(s)
  • Keeping Records up to date and general filing (both paper & electronic documents)
  • Archiving Files
  • Typing up Legal Documents, including transcribing audio dictation, correspondence, emails, and all other like documents
  • Answering the phone and making a documented record
  • Covering reception as and when required

Skills & Experience:

  • Conveyancing experience is essential
  • Excellent audio typing skills
  • Good written and oral communication skills
  • Be able to work as part of a team
  • The confidence to liaise with clients and third parties
  • Ability to prioritise workload

This is a full-time position (Monday to Friday, 9am to 5 pm with one hour for lunch each day).
