We are recruiting for a leading law firm working across East Anglia, looking for an experienced Personal Assistant within their Conveyancing team in their Lowestoft office.
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
- Providing effective and efficient secretarial support to the Conveyancing team
- Organising diaries and making appointments for fee earner(s)
- Keeping Records up to date and general filing (both paper & electronic documents)
- Archiving Files
- Typing up Legal Documents, including transcribing audio dictation, correspondence, emails, and all other like documents
- Answering the phone and making a documented record
- Covering reception as and when required
Skills & Experience:
- Conveyancing experience is essential
- Excellent audio typing skills
- Good written and oral communication skills
- Be able to work as part of a team
- The confidence to liaise with clients and third parties
- Ability to prioritise workload
This is a full-time position (Monday to Friday, 9am to 5 pm with one hour for lunch each day).
