- Perform planned preventive maintenance (PPM) on machinery and equipment.
- Diagnose faults and carry out repairs on mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
- Respond to breakdowns promptly to minimise downtime.
- Assist with machine installations, modifications, and upgrades.
- Ensure all work is carried out in compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Keep accurate maintenance records and reports.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and efficiency.
- Relevant engineering qualification (NVQ, City & Guilds, BTEC, or equivalent).
- Proven experience in a similar maintenance role within a manufacturing or automotive environment.
- Knowledge of PLCs, conveyors, motors, pumps, and automated systems is advantageous.
