What You'll Be Doing:

Join our team as a Registered Mental Health Nurse and play a key role in improving the lives of adults with acute mental health needs. In this role, you will:

• Oversee the day-to-day running of the ward• Provide direct patient care and support with daily living, including manual handling• Administer and manage medications safely• Complete and regularly review care plans and risk assessments• Liaise effectively with the MDT and external agencies to ensure joined-up care• Deliver high-quality, compassionate, and patient-centred care

Requirements & Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A current and valid NMC registration and pin• Previous inpatient experience as a Band 5 RMN• Strong communication and interpersonal skills• The ability to manage shift coordination and lead by example• A commitment to upholding the highest standards of patient care and safety

Working Hours & Contract Duration:

This full-time role is based on 37.5 hours per week, spread across a 24-hour rota including nights and weekends. The contract is ongoing with potential for extension based on service needs.
