Minibus Driver - School Contract

We are looking for a skilled and experienced minibus driver to provide safe and reliable transportation services for school children. This is a part-time role for 20 hours per week initially.

Monday to Friday, during school terms.

Responsibilities:

• Safely transport students to and from school in the assigned minibus
• Adhere to assigned routes and timetables
• Ensure the vehicle is properly maintained, fueled, and cleaned
• Conduct pre-trip inspections of the vehicle
• Maintain accurate records of journeys, mileage, and maintenance
• Comply with all transportation laws and regulations
• Maintain a valid driver's license, permits, and clean driving record
• Manage student behavior on the bus to ensure safety
• Report any incidents, accidents, vehicle issues promptly

Requirements:

• Valid commercial D/ D1 driver's license with CPC driver qualification card.
• Clean driving record with no major violations
• 2+ years experience driving a minibus or similar passenger vehicle
• Knowledge of local roads and school routes
• Excellent driving skills and safety record
• Strong communication, organisation, and time management abilities
• Ability to pass Enhanced DBS Check
