About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Service Delivery Manager to oversee planned, preventative, and corrective maintenance, service, and warranty defect rectification on behalf of clients, including parent and sister companies. This role requires balancing budget considerations while mitigating commercial and contractual risks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a multi-skilled team of internal and external stakeholders, including technical leads, activity coordinators, contractors, and vendors.
  • Support the development and training of both technical and coordination teams.
  • Work with senior management to enhance the supplier chain, reducing risks and fostering competition for future growth.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with client stakeholders, including regular meetings and progress updates.
  • Develop a detailed understanding of multiple client contracts, including contract conditions, liabilities, and responsibilities, and communicate these effectively to internal stakeholders.
  • Review and report on company and client KPIs to ensure maintenance performance meets contractual obligations.
  • Conduct regular reviews with the service delivery team to ensure compliance with company and project-specific QHSE and KPI requirements, implementing corrective actions when necessary.

Qualifications & Experience

  • HNC in a relevant engineering discipline (preferred).
  • Willingness to obtain offshore training to enable site visits as required.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, including advanced Excel skills.
  • Previous management experience, preferably within the offshore energy industry.
