Clover Care Group has an exciting opportunity for dedicated and passionate support workers, working within a complex care package in the Norfolk area. Both nightshifts and dayshifts are available.
About the role
We are looking for experienced support workers who have an extensive healthcare background. We are looking to speak with support workers who are dedicated and passionate about delivering the best quality of care to patients in the community who have complex care needs. This will be based in the patients home.

Requirements
To be considered for the role, you must have a minimum of 6 months current work experience working within a healthcare setting and a right to work within the UK.
