Opus People Solutions are seeking for a Registered Manager in Lowestoft.

Are you passionate about making a difference in the social care sector? We are seeking a Registered Manager to lead a supported living service for adults with learning disabilities. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic organisation and make a significant impact on the lives of service users.

Youwill ensure that the service meets all regulatory requirements and uphold the highest standards of care required to support adults with learning disabilities. Within the service, you'll have the support of team leaders, a quality assurance professional and administrative staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leading and mentoring your team to deliver outstanding support.
  • Monitor and manage budgets, staffing levels, and compliance with health and safety standards.
  • Develop relationships with social work teams, manage referrals, and promote community-based opportunities.
  • Driving continuous improvement and innovation
  • Conduct audits, ensure GDPR compliance, and maintain high levels of quality care.
  • Support staff development & performance through training, workshops, appraisals and regular supervision.

You, a Registered Manager will have:

  • RQF Level 5 Award in Social Care or similar qualification.
  • Proven senior management experience within social care.
  • Solid understanding of learning disabilities
  • Strong knowledge of CQC regulations
