- Manage the team and ensure that the staff morale is high

- Manage stocks
- Conduct staff reviews and action the areas in need of training

The successful candidate
- Previous experience working in fine dining
- A strong knowledge of Food & Beverage
- Well Organised with an eye for detail
- A born leader with excellent communication skills
