The Role of Chef de Partie
Our experienced kitchen leadership team are looking for a Chef de Partie, this opportunity is for someone who wants to be part of something great whether vastly experienced as a Chef de Partie or for someone who is developing and wants to grow skills with guidance from the brigade. Our Chef Brigade have passion and commitment to quality, show team work to run the kitchen and support the preparation & production of food to the established high standards with the autonomy to share vison and experience to deliver quality dishes.
Job Overview:
In this role, you will be responsible for running a specific section of the kitchen, ensuring high-quality food preparation and presentation in line with the hotels standards. You will work closely with the Head Chef and Sous Chef to maintain efficiency and excellence in service.
Experience & Qualifications
Previous experience as a cook or chef in a hotel, restaurant, or similar environment.
Knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and kitchen best practices (e.g., HACCP certification preferred).
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Strong teamwork and communication skills.
A passion for food and a commitment to delivering excellent service.

Demonstratable experience at rosette level (Modern & classical European)
Organised regard systems & compliance.
A desire to develop the teams daily skill sets.
A professional approach to personal management or each team member & self.
