Clientside Project Manager Super Prime Country Estate Projects

Location: Shropshire & West Cotswolds | HQ: Central London (23 days/month)

A rare opportunity has arisen for an experienced Clientside Project Manager to join a highly respected, multi-disciplinary practice specialising in super-prime residential and estate projects across the UK and internationally. This role will focus on the delivery of complex works across two exceptional country estates in Shropshire and West Cotswolds, with scope ranging from high-end residential fit-outs and estate additions to leisure and sporting facilities.

The Role

You will be the clients on-the-ground representative, overseeing all aspects of project delivery from inception through to handover. This is a highly autonomous position, requiring excellent judgment, communication skills, and an eye for detail.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Acting as the lead project manager across a broad range of works including luxury refurbishments, new builds, leisure facilities, and estate infrastructure.
  • Managing client, consultant, and contractor relationships to ensure high standards of quality, time, and budget control.
  • Overseeing all on-site activities with regular site presence across the estates.
  • Reporting to the London-based Directors, with 23 visits per month to the central London office for team meetings and project updates.
  • Coordinating logistics, access, and estate sensitivities with local estate teams.

About You

  • You will be a confident and independent project manager with proven experience in the delivery of super-prime residential or estate-based projects.
  • A strong background in either client-side, consultancy, or main contractor roles.
  • Comfortable working remotely with support from a central team.
  • Excellent communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle is essential.
  • Ideally based within or able to easily travel to Shropshire and the West Cotswolds.

Requirements

  • Minimum 510 years experience in project management within the high-end residential or estate development sector.
  • Demonstrable experience delivering complex fit-outs and coordinating multi-disciplinary teams.
  • Degree in Project Management, Construction, Architecture or similar.
  • Strong contract administration and reporting skills.
