The Role

Managing a caseload of sales, purchases, leases, landlord and tenant matters, development projects, and refinancing
Running transactions from instruction through to completion with minimal supervision
Negotiating terms, drafting contracts, and ensuring compliance
Working closely with clients, agents, lenders, and solicitors
Providing commercially focused advice tailored to client needs
