Restaurant Manager opportunity at The Feathers Hotel in Ludlow

Exciting things are happening at iconic Feathers Hotels, due to an internal promotion we have recruited a new General Manager and now have an opportunity for a passionate guest centric Restaurant Manager to join the team as Restaurant Manager of our Plume Restaurant at The Feathers Hotel in Ludlow.

The stunning Feathers Hotel has 42 beautiful bedrooms and is situated in the town of Ludlow, there has been an extensive refurbishment to a high spec whilst maintaining the character of the Jacobian building. Our most recent celebration for the Feathers has been the awarding of a Rosette, the team are already paving the way to achieve the much sought after second Rosette!

Our Restaurant Manager will work collaboratively with the Front of House Manager to deliver an exceptional guest experience by engaging the guests and team. Being guest centric is key ideally with experience of 4 star boutique, rosette service delivery and WSET knowledge.

Our Restaurant Manager will have passion and commitment to quality by being a real leader to the team and investing in them with quality training delivered, have the willingness to create a welcoming environment and provide guests with a memorable stay that makes them want to visit again and again. We are at the heart of the community and our Restaurant Manager will with all colleagues be a community player who builds relationships.

This is an ideal role for an existing Restaurant Manager or strong Assistant Manager who wants to take the next step or take on a new challenge and be part of something special, rosette number 2 is the current goal!

We are committed to ensuring that our new Restaurant Manager has a smooth transition and a warm welcome, to assist this we can provide live-in accommodation for up to 6 weeks. This supports opportunity for relocation and familiarisation as you start your Crest career.
