Thursday and Friday must be worked, One day every other weekend and topped up with other days in the week.

5am to 3pm or 6am to 4pm

About the Role:

As a Facilities Supervisor, you'll be at the heart of ensuring Bristol Airport operates seamlessly, maintaining high standards of cleanliness, efficiency, and sustainability. You'll manage day-to-day facilities operations and oversee waste management processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate waste management systems, ensuring compliance with regulations and driving sustainability initiatives.
  • Monitor and maintain facilities to meet health, safety, and environmental standards.
  • Compliance and to achieve company recycling targets.
  • Identify and implement improvement opportunities across facilities operations.
  • Support the Facilities Manager with performance of third party contractors

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven experience in waste management or a related facilities role.
  • A strong desire for career progression and the ambition to take on greater responsibility.
  • Leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide a team.
  • Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Knowledge of health, safety, and environmental compliance.
  • IOSH Qualified but not Essential.
