Thursday and Friday must be worked, One day every other weekend and topped up with other days in the week.
5am to 3pm or 6am to 4pm

About the Role:
As a Facilities Supervisor, you'll be at the heart of ensuring Bristol Airport operates seamlessly, maintaining high standards of cleanliness, efficiency, and sustainability. You'll manage day-to-day facilities operations and oversee waste management processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate waste management systems, ensuring compliance with regulations and driving sustainability initiatives.
- Monitor and maintain facilities to meet health, safety, and environmental standards.
- Compliance and to achieve company recycling targets.
- Identify and implement improvement opportunities across facilities operations.
- Support the Facilities Manager with performance of third party contractors
What We're Looking For:
- Proven experience in waste management or a related facilities role.
- A strong desire for career progression and the ambition to take on greater responsibility.
- Leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide a team.
- Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of health, safety, and environmental compliance.
- IOSH Qualified but not Essential.
