An experienced General Manager is needed to join our team at The Crusoe, an award-winning 1AA Rosette gastro pub with rooms based in Lower Largo, Fife on a full-time basis.
We are open to candidates from all over the UK as we are prepared to offer relocation allowance or accommodation assistance for the right candidate.

The Crusoe is a community pub in the heart of picturesque Lower Largo. We pride ourselves on producing delicious locally procured food. We delight in discovering delicious and interesting ales from around Scotland, alongside a list of elegant wines to suit all tastes.

- Commercially savvy - Experience managing costs, profit margins, and revenue growth while maintaining an excellent guest experience
- Marketing and social media know-how - Ability to drive footfall and engagement through creative marketing and social media strategies

- Operational excellence - A hands-on manager with a strong background in hospitality operations, ensuring smooth day-to-day running

Required Skills:
- An experienced, commercially savvy operator with similar experience in large, high-volume Restaurant
- A genuine love for great food & great service
- A hands-on approach and willing to roll up your sleeves and work shifts as required, side by side with the team
- Comfortable with the strategic planning and implementation as well as day to day duties
- A natural at leading and managing others
- A Mentor and able to support and develop a team of people that will be stepping up into their roles
- You'll need to be a change agent, challenge the norm and always be open to new ideas.
