The School and Role

This two-form entry primary school located near to the Netherton area of Sefton are looking for a passionate teacher to work in a Year 3 class on a full-time basis working 5 days a week, Monday to Friday between the hours of 8:30am and 15:30pm. Working in this primary school as part of an established team the desired teacher will be expected to deliver the national curriculum and to help the school work towards OFSTED standards. All staff at the school are dedicated to provide a quality education, in an environment where all children succeed but also feel welcomed, safe, valued and happy.  The school were marked as 'Good' following their most recent Ofsted inspection, with the personal development of the children being marked as Outstanding. 

Requirements

  • Hold QTS in the UK
  • Experience of working with primary school aged children
  • A passion for the progress of primary school pupils
  • An ability to work as part of a team
  • Have, or be prepared to undergo an Enhanced DBS check
