Vision for Education are looking for a passionate and skilled Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join a friendly and supportive team at an inclusive and growing Primary School in the Litherland area. This is an exciting opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our pupils by supporting their learning and development across the school.

• Plan and deliver engaging learning activities under the direction of the class teacher.
• Provide whole-class cover as required, ensuring a high standard of teaching and learning.
• Support the social, emotional, and academic development of pupils.
• Work collaboratively with staff to ensure the needs of all children are met.
• Provide targeted interventions for groups or individual pupils.

• HLTA qualification or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience working in a school setting.
• A flexible, proactive, and enthusiastic approach to working with children.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A commitment to promoting the well-being and development of all pupils.
