Our client, a global organisation with a reputation for providing excellent service to its customers, as well as a flexible and enjoyable working environment, is looking to hire a Management Accountant on an interim basis. This is a hybrid role and a fixed term contract until Feb 2025, so candidates must be available immediately to start as soon as possible and be able to commute to Luton 2 - 3 days per week.Main duties include:* Ensuring timely financial reports are generated* Reviewing P&Ls at month end against budgets* Providing insightful variance analysis explaining all relevant differences * Balance sheet reconciliations* Business partnering with stakeholders to improve processes and controls* Supporting the UK Finance Manager* Preparing tax and statutory packs* Ensuring sales invoicing is correct * Reviewing and approving supplier invoices* Assisting the FP&A team on budgets and quarterly forecasting processKey skills & experience includes:* Part-Qualified ACA/ACCA/CIMA* Proven experience in a fast-paced environment within management accounting* High levels of integrity and attention to detail* Effective at planning, organisation and ownership of tasks * Excellent interpersonal skills* Strong excel skills* Proven ability to prioritise and manage expectations, working to tight deadlines.
