Management Accountant

Luton- Hybrid

Up to £50,000 per annum.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Preparation of monthly Management Accounts
  • Prepare and process Prepayments, Accruals, Depreciation and other Month End Journals
  • Update and maintain the Fixed Asset register
  • Ensure timely completion of assigned Balance Sheet Reconciliations and other Analysis.
  • Updating and maintaining Analysis reports on a monthly basis
  • Raising invoices and Reconciliation of Balances
  • Assist with preparation of quarterly VAT returns.
  • Supporting the team through the half year and year end reporting process
  • Supporting the team through the annual Audit process
  • Supporting the finance department with projects
  • Identify and implement improvements and efficiency's in Management Accounting processes.
  • Other ad-hoc duties.

Skills & Experience:

  • Management accounts / Reporting experience essential
  • Part qualified (ACCA/CIMA)
  • High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Pro-active and self-motivated
  • Ability to work to deadlines and under pressure
