Service Charge Accountant - HybridLuton£32,000 - £38,000My client, a leading and award winning property management company with portfolios all over England, Scotland and Wales, are on the lookout for a motivated Service Charge Accountant to join their team in Luton.You will have the opportunity to progress your career in a dynamic and thriving environment!Duties:

• Accurate and timely preparation and distribution of Service Charge accounts
• Accurate and timely preparation and distribution of property budgets
• Liaise effectively with auditors to deliver a smooth audit process and provide the best possible outcome for their customers and their clients
• Pro-actively liaise with managers and auditors on any areas of concern ensuring clear action plans for resolution
• Contribute positively and effectively to the team through creative ideas, tested processes or feedback from colleagues/external parties
• Supporting our operations team where necessary
• Monthly balance sheet analysis
• Cross development analysis
• Some travel to developments may be required in this role

Requirements:

• Service Charge Accounting experience
• Work towards a professional qualification (AAT / ACCA) would be an advantage but not essential.
• High attention to detail with the ability to see and challenge information.
• Excellent analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
• Self-motivated and organised, able to prioritise own workload.
• A team player demonstrates working towards a common goal.
• Strong customer focus, understanding both internal and external stakeholders.
