Service Contracts Administrator

Luton, Bedfordshire

Full time- Permanent

(Role includes weekend and bank

Holiday working on a rota basis)

Main Tasks and Responsibilities:

ï‚· Execute the delivery of high-quality service contracts administration & management, consistent with global standards, complying with local and legal requirements.

ï‚· Manage & build relationships with key account clients

ï‚· Support the Service Sales Director in winning contracts by accurately quoting, writing contracts & efficiently processing won contracts, via Salesforce.

ï‚· Maintain compliance with service contracts, ensure that all stakeholders understand and comply with the specific contract terms.

ï‚· Prepare & continuously update service contracts, in line with the agreed terms

ï‚· Receive and manage incoming service requests and dispatch technical engineers

ï‚· Prepare and send invoices to clients

 Process technical engineer’s callouts, via Salesforce, review of the technical engineers documentation & assuring all requirements are met to then proceed with payment to the technical engineers.

 Develop and execute administrative processes that advance the company’s service goals and objectives.

ï‚· Management of all customer data, ensuring that all records are accurate & consistently updated.

ï‚· Provide out of hours cover to our clients, one weekend per month, take calls & manage emails for callouts, as necessary

Experience and Skills

ï‚· Proven previous administration experience.

ï‚· Strong Microsoft Word, Powerpoint and Excel skills.

ï‚· Salesforce experience would be considered an advantage.

ï‚· Has previous customer service experience.
