?? About the Role
We are recruiting on behalf of a prestigious Private Aviation company. As a B1 Licensed Aircraft Engineer, you will:
? Perform and certify line and base maintenance in accordance with Part 145 and company procedures.
? Provide hands-on maintenance support, ensuring the highest standards of safety, quality, and efficiency.
? Oversee and guide Mechanics and non-certifying Engineers, supervising work to meet compliance and performance targets.
? Act as a primary point of contact for any customer or crew inquiries, ensuring prompt and professional communication.
?? Please note: You must hold at least one of the following type ratings for consideration on this shift. Ideally, you will have two:
?? Bombardier Challenger 300/350
?? Bombardier Challenger 604/605
?? Bombardier Global Series
(If you hold only one relevant type, you may still be considered if you have additional corporate experience. However, no candidates without a relevant type will be considered.)
?? Working Pattern & Flexibility
?? Late Shift: 13:00 - 01:00 (4 on, 4 off pattern).
?? Adjustments: There may be occasions where lone working or operational needs require shifting temporarily to Day Shift (07:00 - 19:00).
?? Training & Induction: Initially, you will work Monday to Friday, followed by a period on Day Shift (07:00 - 19:00) before transitioning to Late Shift.
?? Required Qualifications & Experience
?? Full UK Part-66 B1/B2 License (Please include a copy with your CV).
?? Type rating(s) on Bombardier Challenger and/or Global Series, as above.
?? Up-to-date Human Factors training and recent certification experience.
?? Strong communication and teamwork skills.
?? A valid UK driving license and the right to work in the UK (sponsorship is available for non-UK/EU candidates).

?? Basic Salary based on number of HAL type ratings held:
£69,285 (1 rating)
£70,720 (2 ratings)
£74,853 (3+ ratings)
?? Shift Allowance: £7,500 per annum.
