Our Client is a well-established Asbestos company, based in the South East, and looking for an Asbestos Surveyor to join their team. Successful candidates will need significant experience undertaking the full range of Asbestos Surveys across a mixed portfolio of Client sites, and will need a hardworking and enthusiastic attitude. Salaries are competitive and comes with attractive benefits.
Locations of work include: Luton, Stevenage, St Albans, Watford, Bishop's Stortford, Harlow, Aylesbury, Marlow, Slough, Harrow, Wembley, Enfield, Ilford, Romford, Brentwood, Southall, Leighton Buzzard, Milton Keynes, Bedford, Biggleswade, St Neots, Haverhill, Braintree, Halstead, Brackley, Buckingham, Bicester.
Experience / Qualifications:
- Will hold experience working as an Asbestos Surveyor for a well-established outfit, ideally UKAS accredited
- Must hold the BOHS P402 qualification as a minimum (or RSPH equivalent)
- Proficient in using IT applications as well as writing technical survey reports
- Flexibility to travel as per company requirements
The Role:
- Completing Asbestos Surveys, including: Management, Refurbishment and Demolition, on a mix of Commercial, Domestic and Local Authority sites
- Writing comprehensive Asbestos Survey reports
- Producing Schematic Drawings
- Communicating directly with Clients, ensuring to deliver a high level of service
- Travelling across the South East of England
