  • Execute the channel strategy by brand within the customer
  • Develop and build strong relationships at all levels within the customer set
  • Work closely with product line to agree optimum ranges and pricing within these customers to maximise Electrolux sales
  • Plan marketing and sales promotion activities with the customers and marketing manager
  • Participate in and complete a monthly forecast for the customer so as to maximise product availability and optimise business planning
  • Manage and resolve where necessary all issues relating to the finance, logistics, and other business issues relating to this customer
  • Maintain the product mix as agreed with Product Line and the Channel Manager
  • Produce and present reports every week on key customer metrics
  • Ensure all promotional investment supports EMA brand strategy
  • effectively manage the internal pricing process to keep price queries to a minimum and efficiently resolve any that arise
