Description

Finance Administrator

  • Process supplier invoices, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
  • Manage payment schedules and ensure timely payments to suppliers and stakeholders.
  • Maintain and update financial records, including accounts payable and receivable.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records
  • Resolve any billing disputes in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure billing accuracy
  • Assist in monthly and yearly financial statement preparation
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations
  • Participate in process improvement initiatives within the department

Profile

A successful Finance Administrator should have:

  • Excellent numerical skills and attention to detail
  • Strong knowledge of billing procedures and best practices
