- Performing routine maintenance tasks across various buildings and grounds.
- Repair and upkeep of the estate
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies.
- Ensure all work is carried out in compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure the smooth operation of facilities.
- Report any issues or required repairs to the Facilities Manager.
- Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a maintenance or facilities role.
- Knowledge of basic electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication skills.
- Relevant certifications or qualifications are a plus.
