This company support with Local Authorities and landlords to offer affordable housing solutions along with a reliable, low-maintenance tenancy service.
They are looking for a Head of Business Development to take on a central role, working with their strong network of local authority contacts to drive business growth. Your focus will be on finding new revenue streams and maintaining a high level of service, exploring opportunities to bid on PSLs and frameworks with local authorities beyond the current client base.
You will manage a team of business development representatives, providing training, support and guidance.
Successful Candidate:
- A background in a commercially focused role within a Local Authority, Housing Association, or similar organisation.
- A solid understanding of internal processes, especially around contracts and tenders.
- A strategic thinker who can expand portfolios and use industry insights to push the business forward.
