Business Development Executive

TSRN are working with a leading compliance company who are looking to recruit an experienced Business Development Executive. This role is to help promote the client vast amount of services to organisations in the North of England. This role will be home based and will involve outbound calling a number of organisations which have shown an potential interest.

This role will suit an experienced internal Business development professional with excellent communication skills. You will excel at converting enquiries into sales and building profitable pipelines. Lastly you have experience of working to targets and be highly self-motivated.

Day to Day duties may involve:

To achieve individual sales targets and support colleagues to achieve their sales targets set by the Sales and Marketing Director

To complete cold calling and telesales activities in line with sales and marketing campaigns as and when required by the Sales and Marketing Director

To build positive relationships with new and existing clients to increase initial revenue and retention revenues.

Maintaining and handling key customer accounts.

To develop new clients to increase the customer base.

To maintain accurate records of all enquiries, sales and transactions using salesforce system.

To carry out general administration duties associated with the role.

The successful candidate will have:

Previous telephone based sales experience

Previous experience of working to targets

Excellent communication skills

Driven and motivated.

In return the company are paying between 28k and 30k basic, an individual and team bonus structure, 28 days hols, up to 10% pension contributions, private medical, remote working, and lastly up to 2% pay increase each year.
