What’s the Role All About?

As a Recruitment Resourcer, you’ll be at the heart of our hiring operations. You’ll support the team in sourcing top candidates, handling admin with precision, and making sure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes. Whether you’ve got a little experience or you're just starting out - if you’ve got the right attitude, we want to hear from you!

What You'll Be Doing:
  • Sourcing and attracting high-quality candidates for temporary and permanent roles

  • Conducting registrations and ensuring candidates meet right-to-work requirements

  • Keeping things compliant - ticking all the legal and company boxes

  • Assisting with payroll processes and chasing up timesheets

  • Maintaining accurate candidate records using Excel and other Office tools

  • Managing email communications and supporting the team with general admin tasks

What We’re Looking For:
  • A sharp eye for detail and a love for getting things right

  • Strong organisational and communication skills

  • Confident using the phone, email, and Microsoft Office

  • Previous recruitment experience is a bonus - but not essential

  • A proactive team player who’s eager to learn and grow
