Based in Luton, this company are seeking a motivated Internal Sales Executive to join their Customer Service Team. In this role, you will be instrumental in providing outstanding customer service support, working closely with both internal and external customers. Your primary responsibilities will include supplying specific quotations, supporting the external sales teams and ensuring you consistently exceed customer expectations. Continuous training will be provided on all product ranges to support your growth and success in building system quotations and handling enquiries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily requests including quotes, queries, and customer calls
  • Follow up on quotes to ensure customer satisfaction and conversion
  • Schedule meetings for Sales Managers
  • Cold/warm calling existing customers to generate leads and new orders
  • Collaborate with Sales Managers to follow up on actions from customer meetings
  • Work with colleagues to achieve departmental targets
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the complete range of products
  • Create specific quotations using the CRM system SAP
  • Work to tight deadlines and manage multiple stakeholder demands
  • Achieve Customer Service KPIs
  • Spend time visiting customers with the Sales Manager to build relationships and understand customer needs

This role will suit a great team player with excellent communication skills. You should have a proactive approach and ability to support both internal and external customers. You must possess strong IT skills and be comfortable working with CRM systems and have the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
