Sales Manager

We are looking for a Sales Manager who will be responsible for optimising the distribution strategy at the sub-regional level, working closely with the regional head (EMEA) and the global organisation to ensure alignment and effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities for a Sales Manager:
- Define and support the development of the business plan, providing market input to adjust the business plan over time and fine tuning the targets for the sales team.
- Responsible for providing monthly inputs for sales activities and accurate forecasts on sales, service performance and other initiatives within the sales team. This includes keeping all the systems up to date and accurate, so that the correct follow up can be made on an individual level, through existing systems (mainly Salesforce).
- Participate in yearly forecast process and set yearly sales targets together with the Regional Director and the Regional Finance Manager, as well as propose/adjust a scalable organizational structure.
- Represent our client by participating at industry events, associations and press interviews.
- Responsible for our performance management process for his/her direct reports, identifying areas of development for individuals and closing gaps. Support development and learning.
Key Requirements for a Sales Manager:
- 5+ years of sales and management experience in B2B, preferably in an indirect business model and in IT/security segment.
- Experienced sales leader, consultative seller and with proven track record of success of hitting and exceeding quarterly revenue expectations.
- Deep understanding of the marketing landscape and expertise in account planning, strategic planning, and complex sales negotiation.
- Salesforce/Pardot knowledge is a plus.
