You'll receive expert 1-on-1 training from Senior and Master Technicians to hone your skills and have a clear ladder to climb. You'll also receive specialist manufacturer training to get you up-to speed.This company have grown rapidly in the last 15 years, with now over 40 dealerships across the UK. They pride themselves on a solid reputation and high staff retention through a lucrative bonus scheme and continuous career opportunities.This role would suit a recently qualified NVQ Level 3 Vehicle Technician looking for expert training, a lucrative bonus scheme and clear progression to become a technical expert.The Role:

• Servicing, repairing vehicles at a dealership
• Preparing used cars for re-sale
• Expert 1-on-1 training
• Lucrative bonus incentives
• Monday - Friday 8am - 5:30pm (No Weekends)

The Person:

• Recently qualified NVQ Level 3 Vehicle Technician
• Commutable to Luton
