Key Responsibilities
As a Trainee Mortgage Advisor or Trainee Mortgage Broker in Luton, your responsibilities will include:
- Developing an in-depth understanding of the mortgage market, products, and compliance requirements.
- Assisting estate agency clients in identifying tailored mortgage and protection solutions.
- Conducting consultations to assess clients' financial needs and goals.
- Recommending suitable mortgage products from a wide range of lenders.
- Managing the mortgage application process to ensure smooth client experiences.
- Preparing and submitting applications with accuracy and efficiency.

Key Requirements
To thrive as a Trainee Mortgage Advisor or Trainee Mortgage Broker in Luton, you will need:
- A minimum of CeMAP 1 qualification (or equivalent).
- A clean credit history and a full UK driving license.
- Previous sales experience, ideally in a customer-facing role.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport.
